April 30th 1916

Dear Dad,
It has been such a long time since you left for war.
Are you alright? Are you getting enough to eat in the trenches?
Mum has been really sad lately, looking at old photos of your wedding. We both hope you will be back soon. Our ration book is nearly out of coupons, but the neighbours slipped some bread under the door while we were out yesterday.
We can’t wait to hear back from you, and we hope you arrive home soon and we love you heaps,

Love from all your family xox

Well now you can just follow these simple steps,
Step One:
Put chopped up goldfish in the bowl along with the shark tail then stir in salt and water.

Step Two:
Slice up seaweed and watermelon into small pieces then add to the mixture.

Step Three:
Grate the black forest chocolate then gently sprinkle on the top.

Step Four:
Place bowl in microwave and heat on medium for approximately 6 minutes then take out and leave to cool.

Step Five:
After you have left it to cool quickly stir for 3 seconds then drink up!!!  [you might want to hold your nose]

Wait 12 hours then head to the sea and dive down deep to try it out!
